1. Product Information

2. Order & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, cash, and bank transfer.
  • Prices listed include free installation and delivery (where applicable).
  • In case of delayed payments, delivery or installation may be rescheduled.

3. Delivery & Installation

  • Delivery and installation are usually completed within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Timings may vary based on location, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
  • The customer must ensure clear access to the installation site.

4. Warranty Policy

  • Regular Cloth Hanger: 2-Year Warranty
  • Deluxe Cloth Hanger (Jindal Pipes): 5-Year Warranty
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include damage due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Orders can be canceled before installation scheduling.
  • Once the product has been installed, no refund or return will be accepted unless there is a verified product defect.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Product Maintenance

Customers are advised to follow the maintenance guidelines provided during installation for long-lasting performance. Misuse or alteration voids the warranty.

7. Liability

SR Cloth Hanger & Invisible Grill is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Privacy

All customer information is kept confidential and used only for delivery, warranty, and service purposes.
